Returns

Thirty days, no questions, full refund.

If a product arrives and it is not what you hoped for at home, you have thirty days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We pay return shipping for any object that arrived damaged. For other returns, the buyer covers return postage.

How to return

Email hello@elite-caresearch.store with your order number and we will send a return label and packing instructions. Reuse the original packaging where possible. Returns must arrive at our studio with the seal intact.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives broken, photograph the damage and the packing inside the box and email us. We refund or replace immediately and file the carrier claim ourselves.

Custom and trade orders

Custom blends, private-label fills, and trade orders are non-returnable except for damage in transit. We share dimensions, ingredient lists and finish samples before fabrication so there are no surprises.
