Carefully packed, fully insured, no surprises.

Domestic shipping

We ship to all fifty US states. Standard ground delivery is included on orders over $75. Below $75, ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most objects leave the studio within three to five business days.

How we pack

Every amber glass bottle is wrapped in cotton flannel and double-boxed with shredded paper. Candles are nested in raw linen. We have a near-zero damage rate but every order is fully insured for transit.

International

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like a written shipping quote before ordering, write to hello@elite-caresearch.store with your delivery address and what you are considering.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link the moment an order ships. If a delivery looks delayed, write to us and we will reach out to the carrier ourselves.
