By placing an order with ELITE CARE you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Listing a product on this website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract when we send a confirmation email. If a listing has a pricing or description error, we may decline the order and refund you fully.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where we are required to collect. International duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Use and care

Every ELITE CARE product is for topical use only — body, bath, and home fragrance. Care instructions ship with every order and are also printed on the label. Patch test on a small area of skin if you have known sensitivities.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELITE CARE’s liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
